As the Head Chef I've joined the Gin Kitchen to give the taste of the world through food and Gin and create balance between them both.
What do you do at the Gin Kitchen?
The staff are all friendly. Maybe because I feed them well? It’s like a small family working together to create a bigger and better company (and to take over the world!).
What do you like about working at the Gin Kitchen?
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Cinema, kids, travel, Netflix and series binge watching and also making chocolate treats.
Favourite Gin Kitchen Spirit:
I don’t really have one I enjoy them all. Depends on my mood. But the Orangery gin is there.
