Producing superior spirits in characterful heritage farm buildings at the heart of the Surrey Hills, harnessing the sharpest minds in distilling, creativity, and the bravery to break conventions, the stage is set for perfection.

We take our time to get everything right. The very best botanicals are sourced from around the globe, with the elementals carefully weighed to get the balance just right. We distil slowly and gently under a centuries-old beamed roof in beautiful handmade copper stills and a specially engineered modern still, with careful consideration of each step of the process and respecting the unique character of every ingredient we prepare.

With immense attention to detail, each and every bottle of our luxury gin is crafted by hand with a unique balance of artistry and mastery, producing the silkiest of smooth spirits. Following our commitment to individuality and precision, each exclusive gin is hand-filled and given its own bottle and batch number to delineate it from all the others before being individually sealed, giving it the care and attention it deserves.

Each of our distillers works assiduously to maintain the highest standards throughout, whilst traditional skills are married seamlessly with modern methods to produce a collection of iconic spirits, brimming with opulence and exceptional with every batch.

Eastern Venus Gin - The finest gin on the planet. Made with fresh kumquat, kaffir lime leaves, neroli and orange zest.
Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin - A wonderfully refreshing floral gin with a kick of aromatic green cardamom and uplifting citrus notes from pink grapefruit.
Insane Ostrich Gin - Our take on a classic dry gin, made with lemon and lime zest, coriander seeds, angelica and orris roots. It has a classic gin taste with the vibrant and rich character of a Gin Kitchen Gin.
