There is something almost other-worldly about our largest still, lovingly known as Bindy Bubblepop.
Designed and built by our co-founder Kate, this stainless steel still in our distillery harnesses the power of specially designed immersion heaters and a virtual variable geometry system to produce the silkiest of smooth spirits in a highly efficient manner and with great control.
Kate’s background in aeronautical engineering, knowledge of thermodynamics and distilling experience led her to create Bindy in-house, with her development elevating our gin production to new heights. After all, Kate does point out that designing a still isn’t hugely different from designing a rocket motor!
