From 16th April onwards every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we'll be serving contemporary dishes to complement our award-winning gins.
We're welcoming Chef Michael Woodley into the team to design a delicious tapas menu for you to enjoy with your cocktails.
Mike will also be creating the brunch menu for our bottomless brunches and special menus for private parties, tastings and cocktail masterclasses.

Mike has been a chef for over 20 years. Working in many sectors of the catering industry from 5 star hotels to rosette restaurants working along side some great chefs. Along the way he's met loads of celebrities Gordon Ramsey, Michel Roux, Jamie Oliver, Paul A young (chocolatier not the singer) and Ruth Hinks only naming a few.
