The Blushing Meringue Pie is a strong and refreshinly citrus cocktail. It is made with Blushing Monkey Pink Gin, Lanique Rose liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup.
It is presented in a 100ml glass bottle.
How to Serve
If you're in a hurry and don't have a cocktail shaker, simply pour it over ice and give it a stir. If you have a little more time, refrigerate the bottle, give it a little shake and pour into a chilled coupe glass.
The best way to prepare it is to pour the contents of the bottle into a cocktail shaker and hard shake with ice before straining into a chilled coupe glass. squeeze a strip of lemon zest over the glass and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
