Bobby Gin was created for the Sussex Police Charity.
It is made with raspberries, mint, cucumber, lemon and lime. Pea flower is added at the end to make the gin a deep blue colour. When tonic is added it changes colour to pink.
£10 per bottle will be dontated to the charity.
