I like meeting and talking to new people and working with lovely people. I also love the way the Gin Kitchen is constantly evolving, making it always interesting.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy flea markets, art galleries, yoga, cinema and socialising with friends.

That’s a hard one but would have to say The Orangery and Gutsy Monkey!

Again so many to choose from but top of the list would be a Ginger Cat Espresso Martini and a Dancing Elderflower Collins!
