GUTSY MONKEY WINTER GIN
The first gin we launched in 2016, made with fresh lime zest, fresh thyme, fresh ginger, allspice, black pepper, cumin and coriander seed. The juniper is from Croatia and lends a rich deep mellow character to this aromatic gin.
BLUSHING MONKEY PINK GIN
Blushing Monkey is made by adding crushed black grapes to Gutsy Monkey. It's sweet but not too sweet, with a fruity palate, and turns pink when tonic is added.
THE GINGER CAT GIN
The Ginger Cat Gin is rich, voluptuous and velvety smooth. Made with tonka beans, orange blossom, fresh orange zest and a little ginger.
INSANE OSTRICH CLASSIC GIN
The perfect juniper-forward gin for a dry martini, or a refreshing G&T. Insane Ostrich is made with fresh lemon and lime zest, coriander seed, orris and angelica root, and cubeb peppercorns. It has the classic gin profile but with the characteristic rich opulence of a Gin Kitchen gin.
The Gin Kitchen makes two exceptional rums. a white spiced rum, delicately flavoured with distilled kaffir lime leaves, vanilla, pineapple and coconut. We use it for making cocktails without affecting their colour.
And a rich and smooth small-barrel aged rum using Surrey Oak.
ETERNAL ABSINTHE & LAVENDELICIOUS
Eternal Absinthe was launched in 2017 and is made with magical herbs including wormwood, fennel and aniseed. It's steeped with rose petals to a pink hue and delicate finish.
Lavendelicious is a delicate liqueur made with locally foraged lavender. It makes a great alternative to a dessert wine
