Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin x Parkgate Pottery

A special edition of Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin presented in a hand made ceramic bottle by acclaimed ceramic artist Andrea McIver. Andy has a life-long passion for the arts and a degree in Fine Art. She works in stoneware making wheel thrown pottery, creating pieces which are not only beautiful but functional too. The stoneware bottles are thrown on the wheel and hand painted with a bespoke dragontail butterfly design.
 
The gin inside is Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin, a wonderfully refreshing floral gin with a kick of aromatic green cardamom and uplifting citrus notes from pink grapefruit. The gin is uniquely saturated with essential oils from the distilled botanicals, giving a vibrant palate and smooth texture that intensifies with tonic.
 
- Nose: Vibrant and fresh grapefruit and cardamom
- Palate: Summery bright and sweet with a rich mouth feel. and a bite of tart grapefruit giving way to fragrant cardamom.
- Finish: Fragrant cardamom and a little spice from the cassia.
 
Gently distilled in small batches. Non-chill filtered.
 
How to serve
Serve in a copa glass with ice, tonic and a twist of lime. Kate also likes a shard of lemongrass.
