I love working with our team of passionate and talented people. The distillery has an amazing atmosphere. I also like the creative freedom of working at the Gin Kitchen. If I have an idea I can implement straight away.
What do you like about working at the Gin Kitchen?
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love the beautiful countryside of the Surrey Hills surrounding Dorking. I spend hours running in the hills and I particularly like sprinting down the mountain bike trail at breakneck speed. With its twists and turns, ups and downs and obstacles it's a real adrenaline rush. I feel like I'm in a film, outrunning an army of evil henchmen. So if you see me looking out of breath on the High Street, it's because I've just foiled a plot to take over the world.
Favourite Gin Kitchen Spirit:
I love them all equally but my favourite changes throughout the day.
My current favourite is the Concubine's Bellini, but I keep going back to the Singapore Sling.
