Clarified strawberry yoghurt with a kick.
Mix equal parts straberry yoghurt and Insane Ostrich Classic Gin. Then filter through a coffee filter. The resulting liquid is clear with a pink hue. It takes an hour or so to come through.
Add one part sugar syrup to 5 parts strawberry yoghurt gin and then pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, garnished with half a strawberry.
You can try other yoghurt flavours; peach works really well too.
