A winter gin isn't just for Christmas. This recipe, created by Oscar, our mixologist, has a refreshing combination of sweetness, citrus and mint.
Glass: Collins or absinthe glass
Garnish: 12 mint leaves and a wedge of lime
Ingredients:
25ml Lime juice
25ml Simply rhubarb syrup
Soda
Recipe: Build over cubed ice and top with soda.
