Kate was shopping in Guildford last week and bumped into Josh and his Mellocello limoncello. She brought a bottle back to try in cocktails and made a Favola. It's an intense lemon flavour with complexity from the Italicus and the honey syrup Josh uses to sweeten the limoncello
15 ml @Italicusrdb liqueur
10 ml @thatMelloCello limoncello
1/4 lemon squeezed
10 ml sugar syrup
- Hard shake, fine strain - Coupe glass - Lemon twist - Basil leaf
