The Pink Passion was invented by Gin Kitchen bartender Leigh during our lock-down cocktail takeaway service. We loved it so much that it soon found its way onto our Pride cocktail list.
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry
Ingredients:
50ml Passoa
50ml Passionfruit Puree
Pineapple Juice
Grenadine
Recipe: Build in the highball glass over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
