This is the Corpse Reviver 69 - we renamed this due to the alcohol percentage of our absinthe.
The fresh kaffir lime leaves made this cocktail sensational. It was fresh and creamy.
Glass: Coupe
Hard Shake:
40ml Eternal Absinthe
15ml Noilly Prat
20ml Cointreau
3 drops Manderin Bitters
20 ml Lemon juice
20ml Syrup
1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, ripped
Garnish:
Smear glass with bitters pipette and a lime leaf
Strip of lime leaf over glass
Twist of lime zest
