This is our Head Chef Mike at work preparing tapas dishes for our guests at The Gin Kitchen.
Mike has been a chef for 23 years. He loves the idea of sharing, where a meal is beautifully presented in the middle of the table and everyone digs in. So at the Gin Kitchen he developed a delicious menu for family & friends to share.
He says “When I go out with my wife to be (one month to go) we always take a bit off each other’s plate.”
Everything at the Gin Kitchen is made fresh to order and there is zero food waste.
Mike also likes to add new dishes all the time to keep the menu fresh.
