Experiencing amazing spirits involves all the senses. We see the delicate shimmer, feel their smooth texture, smell their fragrant nose and taste their vibrant flavours.
Taste testing is something we take very seriously (every break time). We taste our spirits as they are being distilled to determine when to make cuts and we taste every finished batch with and without tonic, and sometimes in cocktails too 😉.
It takes three months to carefully train the palates of all of our distillers so they can guarantee our distinctive quality and taste. Here is Kate in our distillery checking one of our gins, very thoroughly.
