• Beetroot-cured salmon gravlax with horseradish cream on blinis with crispy fried capers, pickled cucumber and dill
• Spanish omelette filled with potato and topped with marinated olive and piquillo roasted pepper
• Norbury blue cheese with fig jam and prosciutto
• Sussex charmer cheddar cheese, pear chutney with salami and marinated olive
• Sussex camembert with caramelised red onion, chorizo and grape
• Selection of freshly baked danish, croissants and Belgian Waffles, served with a selection of condiments.
