Our Bottomless Brunch menu has changed!

It's now in a buffet style and comes with the below:


• Make your own yogurt granola: Greek yogurt, seasonal berry compote poached vanilla, and homemade granola

• Beetroot-cured salmon gravlax with horseradish cream on blinis with crispy fried capers, pickled cucumber and dill

• Spanish omelette filled with potato and topped with marinated olive and piquillo roasted pepper

• Norbury blue cheese with fig jam and prosciutto

• Sussex charmer cheddar cheese, pear chutney with salami and marinated olive

• Sussex camembert with caramelised red onion, chorizo and grape

• Selection of freshly baked danish, croissants and Belgian Waffles, served with a selection of condiments.


Available on Saturdays or Sundays.
