The quinces for Quince Essential are grown in the gardens of Dorking in the Surrey Hills. It's only available a few weeks of the year and is in limited supply. We make around 90 bottles per year, so this is a very exclusive spirit.
We distil the quinces in traditional copper pot stills before adding water and caramelised sugar, giving it an amber colour and subtle sweetness.
How to serve
Enjoy neat in a sherry glass with a slice of panettone.
