Glass: High ball
Garnish: Dehydrated Orange, Cinnamon
Ingredients:
50ml Ginger Cat Gin
Half a bottle of premium tonic
Recipe: Half-fill a high ball glass with chunky ice. Add 50ml of Ginger Cat Gin. Pour over half a small bottle of premuim tonic. Give it a quick stir. Delicately arrange a dehydrated orange slice and a shard of cinnamon on the top.
