Last week we were invited to the Four Seasons in Hampshire to try a new cocktail created by Jacopo Secci. He took inspiration from his Grandma's Garden in Sardinia when choosing the fragrant ingredients for this sophisticated and balanced cocktail. We loved it 😍
15ml Jasmine and summer fruit syrup
20ml Raspberry & blueberry purée
15ml Pomegranate & rose liqueur
10ml Cointreau
7.5ml Lime squeeze
5ml Sugar syrup
Orange bitters
Peychaud bitters
Mint leaves
Egg white
