Grandma's Love

Last week we were invited to the Four Seasons in Hampshire to try a new cocktail created by Jacopo Secci. He took inspiration from his Grandma's Garden in Sardinia when choosing the fragrant ingredients for this sophisticated and balanced cocktail. We loved it 😍

• 45ml Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin

• 15ml Jasmine and summer fruit syrup

• 20ml Raspberry & blueberry purée

• 15ml Pomegranate & rose liqueur

• 10ml Cointreau

• 7.5ml Lime squeeze

• 5ml Sugar syrup

• Orange bitters

• Peychaud bitters

• Mint leaves

• Egg white
