Glass: Martini glass
Garnish: Stem of coriander and spiral of lime zest
20ml Agave syrup
100ml Lychee juice
25ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Triple sec
Recipe: Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake HARD with lots of ice. Double strain and serve in a chilled martini glass with a stem or two of coriander and a spiral of lime zest to garnish. Or, if you're like Gillian from The Fluffatorium, serve in a pretty paper cup with an edible flower, a straw and Persian spun sugar fairy fluff!
