Stefano, MD of @Macknade gifted us a pot of Mostarda, a kind of sliced pear soaked in syrup and mustard oil.

So of course, we transformed it into a cocktail with a kick!

Introducing the Mostardini, developed by Sophie:

Hard shake:

  • 1 tsp mostarda

  • 25 ml Insane Ostrich

  • 25 ml Quince Essential

  • 1/2 lemon squeezed

  • 15 ml sugar syrup

  • Sprig of dill

Single strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a twist of lemon zest and a sprig of dill.
