Created by Josh Harper during the Coronavirus lock-down of 2020. The Fresh Quince of Bel-Air’ inspired from his lazy Sundays watching Will Smith and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. It’s a take on a gin sour and can be very customisable.
Glass: Martini glass
Garnish: Splash of Peychaud's Bitters
Ingredients:
25ml Quince Essential
Juice of half a lemon
Egg white
Recipe: Add all ingredients to an iced cocktail and shake, strain remove the ice and shake again to fully combine the egg white. Double strain into a coupe glass and top with bitters if you have any. It can also be served in a tumbler with ice.
Bottled lemon juice can work just as well if you don’t have fresh.
